This forty hour (five day) advanced course is designed to instruct local, state and federal law enforcement officers/agents on how to conduct proactive field investigations to identify terrorists, drug smugglers and other criminals, as well as to intercept narcotics, currency, weapons and other contraband. The students will be taught the investigative observational techniques and behavior analysis the instructor, Prospero Ellis, developed during his distinguished law enforcement career resulting in numerous arrests and seizures of large quantities of narcotics and other contraband.
