Shoot/Don’t Shoot (Live Fire)

The Shoot/Don’t Shoot (Live Fire) course is designed to teach and condition law enforcement students to correctly identify a potential threat and use proper judgement on how to react to the situation presented. It includes various types of target identification drills, simple reaction to target shoot/don’t shoot drills and informational scenario based judgement shoot/don’t shoot exercises. This class is conducted by using different kinds of targets, including good guy and bad guy targets. This class will test the student’s judgement and preparedness for dealing with dangerous shoot/don’t shoot situations.
