Teen Safety

This course is specifically designed for teenagers or slightly younger children near their teens. The objective of this class is to remind and get the teenage students to take seriously the dangers they are exposed to and face in today’s world. Another goal is to encourage the students to seek help when needed and help teens make good decisions and avoid making bad decisions that could result in harmful outcomes in the present and/or future. This course covers the following topics: Gun Safety, In Person Bullying, Cyberbullying, Stranger Danger, Online Predators and Alcohol & Drug Use and Abuse. Age appropriate videos are used to reinforce the information contained in this presentation.
