Welcome to Homicide

This course is designed to give law enforcement homicide investigators the skills necessary to conduct homicide investigations by walking the students through the various elements of such investigations. It will start at the notification of the investigator of the homicide, proceed to the crime scene and forensic investigation, locating and interacting with witnesses and cover each subsequent step of the investigation to its completion. It will also cover the coordination of the investigation with the prosecutor, trial preparation and the investigators role at trial.
